The hotel was in a PERFECT location near to all the attractions, helpful owners as well as the pub. A work desk, coffee and tea making equipment, and television were available in my chalet.

The hotel was located near to Waitomo, and free attractions in the vicinity.

The room was great, had essentials, like shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. The staff were exceptionally wonderful and amicable all the time.

The warm owners provided great local tips, and the location near the caves was ideal. the private and quiet setting allowed for a restful sleep. the comfortable king single beds, welcoming environment, and proximity to the caves made our stay memorable. An excellent choice for a relaxing weekend escape or a stopover on your travels.

It was perfect base for travelling to Waitomo Caves, I was glad to stay there.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel located near the famous attractions. The staff here were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my experience even more enjoyable. The rooms were awesome, with a comfortable bed and a lovely patio area to relax on. The shower had excellent water pressure, ensuring a refreshing start to the day. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the nearby sights.

Despite daring to say "Nothing to improve," the only sprinkle of critique was the hunt for the chalets' name. Luckily, the hosts' warmth and the cozy rooms shone bright like a glowworm in the cave.

The location of the accommodation is very convenient to explore the nearby attractions. It’s just a short drive to a popular cave tour and there’s a decent restaurant nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, with good hot water pressure and a pleasant view from the balcony. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing helpful suggestions for nearby activities and services.

The hotel did have a minor issue that could have been easily fixed. The fridge wasn’t turned on when we arrived, which was a bit inconvenient.
